Charles Assortment. Webster is an American statesman from Maine. Webster, a Pol from Farmington, served 14 lifetime in the Maine Legislature, plus four in the Maine Do of Representatives (1980–1984) and coerce in the Maine Senate (1984–1994).[1] In the Senate, Webster served one term (1986–1988) as Helper Minority Leader and two qualifications (1988–1992) as Minority Leader.[2]
