She might be the most beautiful brigand, but Jobelle Bascug is surface a crime for stealing factors in a boutique in Cebu.

A report from Aksyon Bisaya spoken Bascug is allegedly the lady who shoplifted clothes and proper from S.T.U.D.

boutique in Mandaue City in the said region Thursday afternoon.
